Congratulations to Angela and Keith Boone
on the birth of their first son, Kade Ashton Boone. Kade was born on April 22, 2008 at 2:38 pm. He weighed 7lbs and
was 20". Angela is a new member of the AC and an initiate of the Gamma Psi Chapter at Delta State University. She currently
serves on the CAB as the Advisor for Public Relations.
Congratulations to Mandy (Coatney) and Paul Parkerson on the birth of their
twin girls on February 7, 2008. Lydia Kathleen arrived at 11:49 pm weighing 5lbs 3oz and was 18.5". Claire Isabell
arrived at 11:50 pm weighing 5lbs 5oz and was also 18.5".

Chapters!
Kappa Delta alumnae groups began in 1906
as alumnae chapters. National Kappa Delta feels a return to this name better describes the continuation of our lifelong membership
following the collegiate experience.
Lori Ann Shelton is a 2007 Order of the Emerald recipient. This prestigious Order of the Emerald
award is given to an alumna who has displayed extraordinary service to an alumnae association, chapter advisory board, house
corporation, Panhellenic and/or state or National Kappa Delta. Nominated by fellow Kappa Deltas, the recipient has exhibited
selfless devotion to the sorority. Congratulations Lori!
